Michelin Consumer Promotion Terms and Conditions
Win a £100 Amazon voucher June 2022
Michelin for my Business prize draw (the "Promotion")
1.
The 'Win a £100 Amazon Voucher' (the 'Promotion') Promotion is open to all consumers who are residents of England, Scotland or Wales and aged 18 and over, exceptions are any employees of Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd (the 'Promoter') or any of Stapleton's Points for Michelin Dealers and their employees or their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion.

The Promotion is only available between the 1st June and 30th June month 2022.

Randomly selected winners will be awarded a £100 Amazon voucher (The 'Prize') purchased from a participating retailer. There are 3 Prizes to be won.
5.
The Prize will be supplied on physical gift card.
6.
To enter a valid entry, the proof of purchase must show the dealer where the purchase was made, along with the tyre size, brand and cost of tyres.
7.
The closing date for valid claims to be accepted is 8th July 2022. All claims after this date will not be accepted.

Entries will be drawn after the closing date and winners will be contacted via the contact details provided on the redeem page in clause 4.
9.
Winners will be sent the Prize within 28 days after the promotion closes.
10.
The Promotion excludes company vehicle drivers (fleet), business, organizations and institutions.
11.
By participating in the Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promotion and any other requirements set out in the Promotional materials.
12.
Only one claim per vehicle and per consumer is permitted, up to 4 tyres.
13.
Entry into the Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.
14.
The decision of the Promoter is final in all matters relating to the Promotion
15.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
16.
The Promoter have the authority to amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotional period without prior notice.
17.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or errors (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of the Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
18.
Any personal data relating to participants supplied to the Promoter will be used solely for the purpose of the promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter's agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion.) 19.
Qualifying purchases that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where consumers are found to be abusing the Promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of claim

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
21.
This Promotion is based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
22.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
23.
The Promotion is run by and will be fulfilled by Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd of the registered address Fourth Avenue, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire SG6 2TT.
