MICHELIN GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED 2022

PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Goodwood Festival of Speed 2022 prize draw (the 'Promotion')

1. This free prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this prize draw.

2. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted and all entries must be made on the original online entry form. Entry forms that are incomplete, illegible or photocopied will not be accepted.

3. The prize package consists of 2 first prizes of hotel accommodation based on a double or twin occupancy room on Saturday 25^th June including use of the hotel leisure facilities and an evening meal plus breakfast for 2 plus Goodwood Festival of Speed entry tickets (pair) for Sunday 26^th June 2022 – including an on-site meal voucher (to be redeemed at on-site food vendors). Runner-up prizes of 20 pairs of standard Goodwood Festival of Speed entry tickets (5 pairs per day – 23^rd to 26^th June). Closing date for entries is 23:59 on 5^th June 2022. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. By submitting a prize draw entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.

5. To enter the prize draw, entrants are required to complete the entry form on the People in Motion web page and will be subject to the Michelin data privacy policy. Form submissions must be fully completed, along with personal contact details for the prize draw entry.

6. The Promoter will select the winners at random from the completed entries during week commencing 6^th June 2022. The winners will be notified by email on or before 8^th June 2022. Winners will be required to provide their postal address to enable the Promoter to deliver the tickets to the winner (unless first prize winner, where tickets will not be posted). 

7. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

8. Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner or their guest.

9. The prize is subject to availability and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

10. Internet access required. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

11. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for administration of the Promotion and fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. Please see the Privacy Statement below for further information.

12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants' statutory rights are not affected.

13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winner(s) and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails legal.general@michelin.com or writes to the address set out in these terms (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within two month after the Closing Date of the competition. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter using the details above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to relevant supervisory authorities on request.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter's decision is final.

15. This prize draw is governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
