Goodwood Festival of Speed 2021 ("Goodwodd FoS") - Prize Draw (the "Promotion")

1. This free prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter (or the Promoter's Group Companies), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this prize draw.
2.  No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted and all entries must be made on the original online entry form. Entry forms that are incomplete, illegible or photocopied will not be accepted.
3.  The prize is 2 x Goodwood FoS entry tickets (15 pairs available on each day between 8^th – 11^th July 2021).  Closing date for entries is 23:59 on 27^th June 2021. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. By submitting a prize draw entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
5. To enter the prize draw, entrants are required to complete the entry form on the Prize Draw web page (website address) and will be subject to the relevant privacy policy. Form submissions must be fully completed, along with personal contact details for the prize draw entry.
6. The Promoter will select the winners at random from the completed entries any time between 00:01 on 28^th June and 23:59 on 2^nd July. The ticket date will be allocated at random as the draw is made. The winners will be notified by telephone or email during this time. Winners may be required to provide their postal address to enable the Promoter to deliver the tickets to the winner.
7. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
8. Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner or their guest.
9. The prize is subject to availability and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Due to the live nature of the event, if the Goodwood FoS event (included any aspect of the prize package) are cancelled, no alternative prize or experience will be available.
10. Internet access required. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
11. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw may be passed on to third party suppliers. Please see the Privacy Statement below for further information.
12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants' statutory rights are not affected.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winner(s) and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails legal.general@michelin.com or writes to the address set out in these terms (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within two month after the Closing Date of the competition. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter using the details above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to relevant supervisory authorities on request.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter's decision is final.
15. This prize draw is governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Privacy Statement

Michelin Tyre plc ('Michelin') acts as a Data Controller in relation to the organisation and management of the Promotion. Promotion – Your personal data will be used to manage and administer the prize draw.  In addition, your data may be used to carry out any follow up surveys in connection with the Promotion.  Your data will be processed based on your agreement to the Promotion terms and conditions and will be retained for no longer than twelve months following the end date of the Promotion or receipt of your prize if you are a winner.

Marketing – If you select to receive marketing communications, personal data collected for marketing purposes is being collected by Force 24 Ltd for and on behalf of Michelin. Michelin will use your consent as the legal basis for marketing purposes. Michelin will generally retain your information until you choose to unsubscribe. However, if we have not heard from you for a while or notice that you have not opened our emails in a period of 36 months, we will remove your details from our database. You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in each email.
